Where we ship
We provide free shipping to most countries, with no minimum purchase. If a destination isn’t serviceable due to carrier or regulatory limits, we’ll notify you at checkout or via email. Processing time

  • Standard items: 2–4 business days
  • Custom jewelry: 13–17 business days
  • During peak seasons, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for processing.

Carriers & delivery time
We primarily use USPS. Typical international transit is 13–17 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and exclude processing and customs clearance. Remote areas may require extra time or incur a carrier surcharge (we’ll notify you if applicable).

Order & tracking emails

  • Order confirmation: sent after checkout with your order number, items, total, and ship-to address.
  • Shipping confirmation: sent once your parcel leaves our warehouse, including a tracking link.

Customs, duties & taxes (DAP)
Shipping is free; Customs duties are also covered by us so you don't have to pay any extra fees.

Address & delivery restrictions

We ship to residential and business addresses or deliver to PO Boxes.
Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate. If a parcel is undeliverable or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship after correction (carrier return/redirect fees may apply). If you prefer a refund, it will be processed after we receive the return, net of any carrier return/handling fees.
