At Elvoria, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.

  • Custom-made, personalized items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@elvoria.us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable).

Note: Free return shipping is provided only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges in the following cases:

  • The item received was incorrect, defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • You would like a different size or color (excluding final-sale and custom items).

Please contact us to request a prepaid return label. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement.



Warranty

  • If you receive a defective, incorrect or incorrect product from the store. Please send us an unboxing video so we can claim your product warranty.
  • We will send you a new product for free without you having to return the damaged one.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive and approve your returned item.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, please allow up to 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Partial refunds may be issued for items that are used, damaged, or not returned in their original condition.
